When I walked into Josh's room this morning, he asked me, "Where is Grandma?" I told him that she went home last week. He seemed surprised that she was gone and said, "Oh." He sounded disappointed. I asked,"Do you remember her being here?" He said he did. Weird. The day after she left I asked him if he remembered that Grandma was there the day before. He said he didn't. It's pretty awesome that he remembers now!
This morning I limited Josh's breakfast intake (which is usually slight anyway). So while he was super nauseous, he didn't throw up today.
Josh had only 3 hours of class today.
First he had ST. His therapist gave us a stack of homework and we spent the hour reviewing what Josh needs to work on this weekend. 🙄
Next was OT. Josh really enjoyed OT today. He spent his hour shooting a Nerf crossbow at stacked cups.
Josh spent most of his time aiming, and in the hour he hit the stack only 4 times. The movie above was his very last shot, increasing his shooting percentage dramatically.
Josh's last class was PT. He and his therapist walked the halls for about 15 minutes then spent the remaining 45 minutes doing yoga. Josh was so patient and good-natured. He really didn't want to do it, but he went along with the therapist and was happy.
